The staff were polite and helped answer my questions, but the service was fairly average. The process took a bit longer than expected, and I felt like there could have been more attention given to explaining the options and details.
The shop itself was clean and organized, and they had a good selection of products. Overall, it was an alright experience, not bad, but nothing that really stood out. I would consider coming back if I needed something specific.

I left my first review here 3 years ago ( had to delete it cause all government name was showing smh) …. I thought I’d refresh it. I have now been a customer of Mr Mohammed for 4 years. I buy all my phones here approximately. It’s more than just a good service. Mr Mohammed is respectful , very professional and provides an incredibly good service with kindness and respect! I hope all good things go his way!

I had an HP Hardware issue (damaged screws) but I was able to visit the shop to have the laptop repaired by their skilled staff. I cannot recommend this location enough when it comes to great repair jobs.

I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to Ipro Cellular. I went in to have the front glass of my Iphone repaired. I had been quoted an amount initially for the back glass (prob my error) but was told it was $20 more for front glass. No problem, as it is what it is. The fellow fixed the glass and told me it was only $40 because of something, but honestly I did not really understand the explanation. I went in expecting $160 plus tax and paid $40 because they are an honest business. I would not have known the difference had they charged me the $160.

iPhone Cellular Repair came highly recommended. We were advised to speak with Haseeb regarding difficulties with our car phone & cell phone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Haseeb explained that the issue was not the phones, it was the cables. He said a quality cable is essential for both connection & recharging. We should have spoken with him when we started having trouble. We will definitely take all of our electronics to him for service.

We all experience in life have cherished items. For me it was my cellphone. It also has photo's, family clips, and a few movies on it. This year I thought I no longer could hold on to it. They've already proven their skills to me and sure enough they were the right ones to call. He picked it up mid Friday and just dropped it off Monday. Am I pleased with them, Hell Yeah . iPro Cellular are the ONLY ones for me.

Fast courteous professional service! In his car, Valade came right to my building downtown Ottawa exactly on our scheduled time, and "in exactly " 5 minutes beautifully and professionally replaced the glass screen on my IPhone 15! --And --without me asking added a protective screen on it as well! All for under 100. Including tax- So I'm very impressed! Give them a chance! They're great!!

He used to repair my old phones and I never had any issues — he always did a great job, even back when he was just working from home. I’m so happy he now has his own shop! It was amazing that he still recognized me when I messaged him — I was just shopping around, but he remembered me right away and still gave me a great price for my screen repair. What’s really nice is that he even told one of his technicians that I’m an amazing person — that made my day! He’s very professional, friendly, honest, and I highly recommend him to anyone.
